    Progressive Farm Credit Services, Sikeston Branch Office, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative / Credit Analyst.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:  Develop and analyze all types of credit information. Complete the submission of small loans (OTS). Prepare complete loan packages independently for mid-size to large loans, complete all documents. Subject to training and experience, prepare projections, analyses, and credit recommendations. Assist with preparation of larger and more complex loan packages. Provide assistance to loan officers or the credit administrator as requested. Serve as receptionist for the branch office and handle all clerical duties of branch office including but not limited to: preparation of loan documents, issuance of disbursement checks and payment receipts, data entry of all loan accounting transactions and preparation of supporting document, general clerical and office duties. Provide support (keying, etc.) to the Related Services activities of the branch.

    Requirements:  Must be very customer service oriented and have a positive work attitude. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as secretarial and telephone communication skills, are necessary. Preference given to individual with financial institution experience in UCC’s and mortgage and note related documentation. A farm background would also be advantageous. Two years or more of college or a BA in Business, Finance or Ag is very desirable, but not required.
