Mark Zabelin Promoted to VP/Branch Manager
Progressive Farm Credit Services President & CEO Bob Smith is very pleased to announce that Mark Zabelin has been promoted to Vice President/Branch Manager at the Dexter Branch effective June 1st, 2017.
Zabelin began his agricultural lending career in the Dexter Progressive Farm Credit Branch in 2003 as a Loan Officer, and then was promoted to Senior Loan Officer. Previously, he was employed with Ricetec, Inc. and Tyson Foods.
Zabelin graduated with a B.S. degree from Northwest Missouri State University in 1997, majoring in agronomy with a minor in horticulture. He lives in Dexter with his wife, Shanan, and son, Ethan.
Zabelin will replace Blaine Cooper, who is transferring to the Vice President/Branch Manager position at the Poplar Bluff Progressive Farm Credit Branch.
Smith stated, “Over the past fourteen years with Progressive Farm Credit, Mark has developed excellent credit skills and is highly respected by staff and customers of the branch office. We are very fortunate to have Mark accept this position”.
